Due to pending inclement weather, the PGSD will implement an AMI Day Wednesday, February 2, 2022.

Due to consistent reports of possible inclement weather resulting in poor driving conditions on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, we are asking parents to be prepared for possible early dismissal for all students on that day.

Life has given us an opportunity to wear a lot of hats around the school lately! But, we are thankful for two guys who have been willing to wear a hairnet!
Mr. Sorters and Mr. Taylor have graciously stood in the gap in our cafeteria for the past couple of weeks, making sure our students are served with a smile.
We are grateful for the way they lead us with integrity and by example.
They show us what #GoTime is all about!

January is Arkansas School Board Appreciation month. PGJH would like to take an opportunity to honor those who lead the Prairie Grove School District.
Thank you, PGSD School Board, for your investment in our future, for your guidance, and for your desire to provide the best education to all of the students in our district.
Your example of hard work, determination, thoughtfulness, and hope are an inspiration to the #GoTime culture of PGJH. Thank you for leading us with integrity!

Based upon the continued frigid weather and reports of icy conditions on some of our routes, on top of the Covid-19 challenges we are dealing with, Friday, January 21st, will remain pivoted to another AMI day. Colors Day, which was planned for tomorrow night, will be postponed until Tuesday, January 25th.

Once again the health and welfare of Prairie Grove students and staff is the number one priority for our school district. Due to inclement weather conditions and the increasing numbers of COVID-19 quarantines, we have decided to declare another AMI day for Thursday, January 20th

Once again the health and welfare of Prairie Grove students and staff is the number one priority for our school district. Due to inclement weather conditions and the increasing numbers of COVID-19 quarantines, we have decided to declare another AMI day for Thursday, January 13th

By now, I am sure that you are getting tired of hearing two big words associated with Covid-19: those being isolation and quarantine! Either of these two conditions requires your child to remain at home and avoid public activities for 5 - 10 days according to the conditions of each individual case. We realize this can be very frustrating to you as a family. But, unlike the personal choice to wear or not wear a mask, isolation and quarantine guidelines come from the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) who we are obligated to follow. We ask for your patience, as we work through this most recent spike of Covid-19 illnesses.

We are so excited to name Selemani Lubende and Hattie Spelts as our December Students of the Month!!
