📣 PGJH Parents — Important Homecoming Checkout Information! 🐯🖤💛
Please make note of the following checkout times for students planning to attend the pep rally and/or Homecoming parade with parents/guardians:
7th & 8th Grade Students
Students who are checking out to attend the pep rally or participate in the parade must be checked out BEFORE 11:45 AM. Once checked out, these students will not return to school for the remainder of the day.
6th Grade Students
6TH GRADE will be attending the morning pep rally with the junior high staff. Students who are riding on a float in the parade must be checked out BEFORE 2:00 PM.
If a 6th grade student is also being checked out to attend the afternoon pep rally, they must be checked out BEFORE 11:45 AM and will remain checked out for the rest of the day.

*Claire judged with the HS on floriculture and got 8th as a team and 25th as an individual

Homecoming Day Early Checkouts:
Parents/Guardian must be present to check a student out.
No call in checkouts can be made.
All checkouts must be before 11:30pm and any student who is checked out will not be able to return to school for the remainder of the day.
Any student checked out will not be allowed on their phone during the pep rally.
Please complete this form by noon on Oct.8th to request early checkout for your student on Homecoming Day ONLY IF they are being dismissed with anyone other than their guardian. A parent/guardian must submit this form for the student to be released. Students without an approved form will not be allowed to leave early.
Congratulations to our Hattie Bohm! Hattie was recognized for her performance on the reading section of the ACT by the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts Talent Identification Program. Her hard work resulted in a score at or above the college readiness benchmark. Way to shine, Hattie!
For students who still need school-required vaccinations before the October 1 deadline, PG Community Clinic will be offering two chances to get them; September 23 or September 28.
