April 6th and 7th ACT Aspire Information

Graduation Information:
At this time we are not anticipating having to limit the number of people that can attend for PGHS's graduation outside at Tiger Stadium. However, this could potentially change if the Arkansas Department of Health or Department of Elementary and Secondary Education makes adjustments to the guidelines we are asked to follow. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Due to the excessive amount of days that were missed due to snow and ice this winter, Prairie Grove Schools will have regular classes on April 23rd and 26th. We understand that some families have already made plans on what was originally planned as virtual school days. If this is the case, then parents can send an absence note, as soon as possible, to their child's school and the absence will be excused. Students will still need to make up any school work in a reasonable amount of time after they return.

Parents of 9th-11th Graders. Your student was given all the paperwork to start the process of choosing their classes for next year. Some of that paperwork includes things for you to look at. Please ask your student to share what they have, and what classes they are planning to take next year. If your student missed Advisory today please have them view their grade level Advising Video online and get with their advisor ASAP. Videos and other resources for CAP Conferences can be found at this site: https://sites.google.com/pgtigers.org/pghs-counseling-dept/cap-conferences-2021
Things from today must be complete and finalized by our next Advisory session on April 6th - your student's attendance and active participation is appreciated! Virtual students can attend in person or online that day as well.

Attention Sophomore parents: BMI screening (height/weight measurements) will be done as required by the State Mandate in April for all 10th graders.
If you DO NOT want your child's BMI screening done a refusal form must be received by April 2nd.
