The Board Approved:

Recommendation to approve the 2026-2027 Memorandum of Understanding between
NWAESC and PGSD for quality professional development.

Recommendation to approve the 2026-2027 Assurances under ESSA and IDEA.

Recommendation to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Arkansas

Department of Education, Division of Career and Technical Education, and the Arkansas
Farm Bureau Federation and Prairie Grove School District for Elementary Agriculture
Education.

Recommendation to approve the Memorandum of Agreement between Prairie Grove
School District and Methodist Counseling Clinic.

Informational Items:
Dr. Allison Byford presented the district’s discipline data, including the number of bullying
incidents reported and actions taken.

Mayor David Faulk gave the presentation on how the city would like to purchase a portion of our
downtown parcel to use for sidewalk improvements.

Consent Agenda:
The board approved the consent agenda, which included personnel considerations, March board minutes, and the March financial report.

Recognitions:
Staff: Mandy Lawrence, Krista Dersam, Katie Jo Rouse, Lindsey Biocic, Cheryl Kirkman.

Student Programs: High School Assistant Band Director Renee Palmore presented the Winter Color Guard and their accomplishments.

Staff were presented with gifts from Arvest, Grand Savings Bank, Priority Bank, Bank of Fayetteville, and First Community Bank.
