Prairie Grove School District & Collier's Pharmacy are hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on 09/09 from 9:00am - 11:30am at the High School basketball gymnasium. The clinic for the second dose is scheduled for 09/30 from 9:00am - 11:30am. These clinics are open to our students 12 years of age & older, all school employees, and community members. Please click on the link below to fill out the vaccination form. Students that are 12 years of age & older are not required to have a parent or guardian present as long as their vaccination form is filled out correctly & signed.

Returning Students who have not registered: Computer/email accounts have been disabled. Once registration has been completed, these accounts will be enabled.
All active student accounts will have their password reset August 16th and receive their new password on August 17th.
