Prairie Grove School District & Collier's Pharmacy are hosting a 2nd COVID-19 vaccination clinic on 09/30 from 9:00am - 11:30am at the High School basketball gymnasium. This is the follow-up clinic to the one held 09/09. You can receive your first dose at this clinic but you will have to go to the pharmacy for the 2nd dose. This clinic is open to our students 12 years of age & older, all school employees, and community members. Please click on the link below to fill out the vaccination form.
