Nick Brill

Prairie Grove School District is excited to announce Nick Brill as the new Head Football Coach at Prairie Grove High School beginning January 5, 2026.

Coach Brill has a wide range of coaching experience including working as an assistant coach at the 4A and 6A levels, as a head coach in 2A, and most recently as a 7A Offensive Coordinator. At Rogers High School he was recognized as the back-to-back 7A West Offensive Coordinator of the Year in 2024 and 2025.

Coach Brill has been the sole play caller for a team that runs a variation of the wing t known as the gun t. His offense has helped lead the Rogers Mounties to win 43 games in five seasons including ten wins and a semi-final appearance this Fall. Averaging 51 points per game this season, the Mounties only lost twice - two one-score games to the teams who played for the state championship. Speaking of state championships, he was part of the Russellville staff that beat Greenwood for the state title in 2016.

Coaches like Chad Harbison and Billy Dawson have mentored Nick along his way. Teaching him not just X’s and O’s, but building his leadership capacity as well. Like his mentors, Coach Brill is known for building disciplined, competitive programs rooted in accountability, mental toughness, and servant leadership. While he has produced many All-Conference and All-State athletes at every level, his coaching philosophy emphasizes developing the whole athlete - mental, physical, and social - while also preparing young men for success both on and off the field.

Coach Brill chose Prairie Grove over other head coach offers, because this is where he wants to raise his kids, and because he knows our students and staff have what it takes to bring state championships home to PG. He was impressed with both our facilities and the community support, and he is looking forward to continuing our longstanding tradition of excellence and success. Please join us in welcoming Coach Brill, his wife Jordyn, and their four children to the Prairie Grove community. We are excited for the future of Tiger football under his leadership!
