Act 122

The State of Arkansas has passed the ‘Bell to Bell, No Cell’ Act, which goes into effect beginning in the Fall of 2025. This new legislation outlines the acceptable use of personal electronic devices in Arkansas schools, rules of implementation, and consequences for schools who do not adopt or enforce this legislation.

The law restricts the possession of personal electronic devices and prohibits the use of personal electronic devices by students during the school day, with a few exceptions.
