2019 Kindergarten Registration

12:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Please bring your child to register for the
2019-2020 school year. We will provide some fun activities for your child while you complete paperwork. Please remember that your child must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2019. We look forward to meeting you and your child!
Please bring the following paperwork to registration:
- birth certificate
- proof of residence
- immunization record
- Social security card
- Physical (if completed)
