Please bring your child to register for the
2018-2019 school year. We will provide some fun activities for your child while you complete paperwork. Please remember that your child must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2018. We look forward to meeting you and your child!
Please bring the following paperwork to registration:
- birth certificate
- proof of residence
- shot record
- Social Security Number
- Physical (if completed)
